Pricing
Subscriptions and service charges
PenPenGo may offer different driver subscription levels. Depending on the selected plan, a driver may pay a regular subscription fee, a service commission, or a combination of both.
The applicable price and conditions will be displayed before a driver subscribes or accepts the relevant service arrangement.
Payments
Payments
Where supported, riders may pay drivers directly using cash, mobile money or another approved payment method. PenPenGo may facilitate payment instructions and transaction records but does not necessarily hold rider or driver funds.
Payment options will depend on location, provider availability and applicable regulatory requirements.
