4. Location and real-time trip information
When enabled, PenPenGo may collect precise or approximate location information to support pickups, navigation, real-time trip visibility, safety, fraud prevention and service improvement.
During an active trip, relevant location information may be visible to authorised participants, such as the connected rider and independent driver, and may be accessible to authorised PenPenGo personnel where reasonably required for safety, support, fraud prevention, legal compliance or incident investigation.
Real-time tracking depends on device settings, location permissions, mobile-network or internet availability and supported app functionality. Users can control certain location permissions through their device settings, but disabling access may prevent some features from working correctly.
Location information will be handled and retained in accordance with this policy, applicable law and PenPenGo’s operational requirements.
5. Payments
Payments may be processed or facilitated by banks, mobile-money operators, payment aggregators or other authorised providers. These providers may collect and process information under their own privacy policies.
PenPenGo should not store complete payment-card details unless this is necessary, legally permitted and protected through an approved payment-security arrangement.

We do not sell personal information for unrelated third-party marketing.
